Job Title: ServiceNow Sr. Developer
Duties:
- Design and develop custom applications and modules using the ServiceNow platform,
adhering to best practices and industry standards. - Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, business rules, UI
policies, and other platform components to meet business requirements. - Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, such as external
databases, APIs, or third-party applications, to ensure seamless data exchange. - Utilize JavaScript, Glide API, and other scripting languages to create server-side and
client-side scripts for process automation and customization. - Enhance user experience by designing and developing intuitive user interfaces, making
use of ServiceNow’s UI framework and customization options. - Create, configure, and manage workflows to automate business processes and streamline
service delivery. - Manage data imports, exports, and transformations in ServiceNow, ensuring data
integrity and consistency. - Investigate and resolve incidents related to ServiceNow applications and functionalities
promptly. - Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and stability of
developed applications. - Create technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and system
documentation, to support application development and maintenance. - Troubleshooting and Support: Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to
ServiceNow applications, working closely with end-users to resolve problems promptly
Requirement: Applicants must have a Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related fields plus two years of experience in a related occupation.
